Is CME offered for this course?

Yes.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Institute for Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) through the joint providership of Emergent Medical Associates and Bread & Butter Ultrasound. Emergent Medical Associates is accredited by the IMQ/CMA to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Emergent Medical Associates designates this live activity for a maximum of 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

What is included in the event registration?

Event registration includes the following:

• Access to all scheduled lectures and hands-on sessions during the conference dates selected

Where will the course be held?

The course will be held at the Stone Brewery at Liberty Station.

How do I get an invoice?

You will be able to print a receipt at the time of payment. We regret we are unable to invoice institutions directly.

How do I get a refund?

Contact us here. Refunds will be offered for extenuating circumstances only and are handled on a case-by-case basis. The organizers decision on refund status is final.

What should I wear?

Dress Code: Whatever you want (within reason)
